Meg Palen is an intern at Liberty University pursuing her master’s in clinical mental health counseling. She also holds an M.A. in Contextual Witness and Innovation from seminary, and she seeks to integrate her faith-based values of love, respect and compassion in her work with clients. Meg has experience working with children, adolescents and adults through her work in behavioral health as well as in clinical counseling. She uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help others recognize and reframe unhelpful thoughts and behaviors that may be impacting their wellbeing. In her free time, Meg enjoys mountain biking, hiking and hanging out with friends or family.
